Want to improve your strength and mobility but overwhelmed by gyms and classes? Want to prevent falls and enhance your mind/body connection? Join like-minded people in our Fall Prevention Group This class gives you is a greater awareness of the muscles required to do everyday things like walking, lifting your legs and provides you with a greater sense of the difference in strength/mobility. How do we do this? We work on the muscles that lift the toes and lower our heels to walk. Activating the muscles above our knees, strengthening and lengthening our hip muscles - getting blood flow to these areas; making them work efficiently so that your knees don't take all the pressure from a lifetime of everyday living. Connecting/engaging/understanding in a supportive environment.
