Service Description

We start with an assessment to see where you are currently at. This is split into a variety of areas including mobility, strength and if you choose to we can take measurements so we can keep a check on our progress in muscle gain/ fat loss. We also look at goals and aspirations so that we can tailor a program to meet these wants and needs. We set a time line of what we would like to achieve and when to ensure results are being met. This program is priced at £159 per month
