Small classes

The classes are never more than 3 people so you get a lot of attention from me during every class. I don't miss a thing so if your technique is going I'll spot it and we regress straight away. It's very important to me that when we do a movement we do it the best possible way we can

Focus on technique

If you want to make a change in your fitness and movement proper technique is essential. That's what we focus on in class, without this you are creating more imbalances.

The small class size makes sure that technique is the priority - always

Skill based learning

Exercise isn't just about doing a movement as intensely as you can. There is skill involved in everything we do. Paying attention to how we are moving, how much intensity we are putting in and constantly looking to improve technique rep after rep after rep will help us to connect with our training and help prevent injury

I get to help people do what I love to do. I can also choose to have fun doing it. I have a good relationship with my clients and part of that connection is about having a good time while also taking part in sometimes challenging movements

SOCIABLE 

The classes may be small but the connections you make are not. You will get to know a variety of people on different days. I also hold social events, which are a mix of activities like attending a charity event, meeting up for festive times, or walks/hikes or coffee.
